Rachel has written to Cross Country Trains following news that they have cut commuter services on the already overcrowded route between Water Orton and Birmingham New Street. Cross Country has temporarily suspended the 7:30am service from Water Orton to Birmingham New Street and the 4:09pm service from Birmingham New Street to Water Orton whilst capacity issues are addressed.

In her letter, Rachel asked how long services would be suspended for. She also called for new stops at Water Orton on services to and from Birmingham New Street to be added that do not currently call there to relieve pressure.
