Rachel has held a community fundraiser for the Mary Ann Evans Hospice in Bedworth. Speaking after the event, Rachel said:
“Thank you to everyone who joined Liz Hancock, CEO of Mary Ann Evans Hospice, and me for my coffee morning fundraiser today. It was great to talk to so many local residents and hear about their ideas for Bedworth.
It was also really nice for me to be able to talk about how my mum used to be a volunteer driver for Mary Ann Evans Hospice, how palliative care has become a more prominent issue recently and how much I enjoyed my visit there earlier this year and seeing the care and dedication of the staff and volunteers.
