Rachel has visited a number of local businesses in Atherstone and Grendon, to show her support as part of Small Business Saturday.
Speaking at the end of a busy day, she said:
“Small Business Saturday is a great opportunity to showcase some of our fantastic local businesses.
“I got cakes from Gayton’s in Grendon, then back home in Atherstone I got some festive magnets from Harris Gifts on the Market Square, ordered my Christmas Turkey and got some of my favourite Atherstone bangers from Bates, ordered a wreath from The Flower House, bought some baubles from The Art Gallery, cat treats from Wags, and sweets for my team from The Olde Sweet Shoppe. The festive burger at The Market Tavern was excellent.
“It’s fantastic to be able to do so much of your Christmas Shopping locally and support our local independent businesses.”
