Rachel has met with President Zelenksyy of Ukraine during a recent visit to the UK, in recognition of her mission last summer driving an ambulance full of supplies from North Warwickshire across Europe to the Ukrainian border. Rachel said it was an honour to be invited to meet President Zelenskyy during his visit to parliament.
Rachel said:
“I am immensely proud of the UK’s ongoing support to Ukraine, including that so many in our community here in North Warwickshire and Bedworth have donated their time, money, and even opened their homes to host Ukrainian refugees. We must not waiver in our support for Ukraine in their fight for freedom.”
