Rachel has welcomed students from The Polesworth School to parliament to host a roundtable event about Getting All Girls Active.
At the event, sports organisations and students from The Polesworth School spoke to the Minister for Sport, Stephanie Peacock, about the need for all girls to be able to take part in and enjoy sport.
The Polesworth students made brilliant contributions, and like everyone else in the room, they are fed up that girls don’t get the same opportunities to be active. Its time to equalise access to sport and understand the challenges girls face so that all girls can be active and enjoy sport and physical activity.
