Rachel attended the Limb Loss and Limb Difference Parliamentary Reception to mark Disability Pride Month. The event brought together children, young people, families, and ambassadors, including Adam Hills, to celebrate and raise awareness for the work of the LimbBo Foundation, and the newly formed Limb Difference and Limb Loss Alliance.
Rachel said “It was great to join my friend Marie Tidball MP and Adam Hills of The Last Leg fame together with so many inspiring young people with limb loss or limb difference to celebrate Disability Pride month.
“It is vital we continue to support those living with disabilities, listen to their experiences and celebrate their identity.”
